Tatiana Escobar Pérez is a communications professional with a strong background in project management, program coordination, and engagement with diverse audiences. While her initial training focused on social communication, her true passion lies in human potential development, coaching, and guiding people along their path to success.

Throughout her career, Tatiana has demonstrated exceptional skills in team coordination, interpersonal relationship management, and effective communication — all essential qualities for her role as coach and advisor. Her experience leading projects in both the public and private sectors has given her a deep understanding of the needs and challenges people face in their personal and professional growth.

As Executive Coordinator at the Fulbright Association of Venezuela, Tatiana has worked directly with students and professionals, providing support and guidance throughout their academic and cultural exchange processes. Her ability to create inclusive and motivating environments, combined with her extensive knowledge of international education policies, makes her a valuable resource for young people and adults seeking to achieve their goals.

In addition to her work with Fulbright, Tatiana has collaborated on educational program management at the Cisneros Foundation, coordinated media for nonprofit organizations, and participated in research projects on corporate social responsibility. These experiences have allowed her to develop a comprehensive vision of society’s needs and the tools required to promote sustainable development.

PhD in Spanish and Latin American Literature from the University of Salamanca. Master’s degree in Latin American Literature from Simón Bolívar University, Caracas, Venezuela. Specialist in Applied Linguistics for Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language at the Ibero-American University Foundation – UNAM. University Specialist in Teaching Spanish for Health Purposes at CIESE-COMILLAS. Certified examiner for DELE (levels A1–C2) and SIELE.

María Elisa is a professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Education at the Catholic University of Ávila and in the IES Abroad Salamanca program. She has also taught at universities across Latin America, including Simón Bolívar University, Metropolitan University, Andean Simón Bolívar University, and the University of Antioquia. She has published books, book chapters, and scientific articles in Venezuela, Spain, Argentina, Mexico, and the United States, and has participated in numerous national and international conferences.
